As the Founder of The Counseling Clinic and a seasoned Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, Troy brings over two decades of expertise working closely with both adults and children. With extensive experience spanning over 20 years, he has honed his skills and approaches in counseling. He holds a certificate in Wilderness Therapy for Mental Health Professionals from Outward Bound. His toolkit includes an array of counseling techniques and theory, ranging from mindfulness strategies and cognitive behavioral theory, to the unique practice of Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT). Troy provides a safe and supporting environment to help individuals successfully achieve their own goals. Troy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in the state of North Carolina. He provides individual counseling, board supervision, and consultation services.
